Gambling Community Benefit Fund Round 92 Recipients
Five not-for-profit community groups across the Nudgee electorate have received a share in $12.4 million through Round 92 of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund grants.
Member for Nudgee, Leanne Linard congratulated the successful applicants.
“Not-for-profit organisations give so much to the local community, and I am pleased to be a part of a State Government that will assist them with much-needed funding to continue their great work” Ms Linard said.
The recipients in the Nudgee Electorate were:
- Chermside & Districts Historical Society Inc received $10,086.30 to digitize their files.
- Fits’cool Aust Inc received $16,106.45 to purchase sporting equipment.
- Papermakers of Queensland Inc received $3,855 to purchase equipment.
- The Northgate Scouts’ Wonargo Cultural Centre received $10,000 to upgrade their driveway and facilities.The Wavell State High School P&C received $12,000 to install cabinets.
