So proud to launch this alongside previous winners and community champions Sean and Amy of Your Fit last Thursday at my annual Budget Event.
I’m also very excited as Minister for Environment to be implementing a brand new award for this year’s round, the Leanne Linard Sustainability Award!
This will go to a business nominated by the community to have made outstanding efforts to reduce their waste, take advantage of renewables or maybe even simply encourage their customers to be more eco-friendly – every little part to be more sustainable makes a difference and I’m excited to shine a light on this with the awards this year.
