On Friday morning, I had the wonderful opportunity to address the students and staff of St Joseph’s Nudgee College at their official Commencement ceremony for 2023.

It was an honour to be invited, and to have been able to say some words of encouragement and hope, as this year’s young Nudgee men embark on another year of their academic journeys.

Thank you to the school and to Principal Peter Fullagar for including me in the proceedings today and I look forward to continuing to work with you on behalf of our community.

And good luck to all our school students across the Nudgee electorate this year.
